Mountains around Anderson Ranch Dam
2-Large eggs 1/2-Cup diced onion 3/4-Cup cracker crumbs or bread crumbs 1/2-Tsp ground sage 1-Tsp salt 1-Tsp pepper 1-Cup milk Mix all the indgedients and put in 8 x 8 baking dish Cover with the sauce and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees Sauce 2-TBsp brown sugar 4-Tbsp ketchup 1-Tsp dry mustard 1/4-Tsp nutmeg Comments Showing most recent comments first [Show in chronological order instead] |

I did this recipe last night and loved it! This may be a new favorite. Love the sauce on top, makes it just a bit different.

Thanks OM, and you are right there is no reason why someone can't change or add something more to it they may like and have a complete meal in one dish. This recipe is also when done you can add mashed tators to the top and bake until hot or a bit browned and there is the meal with maybe a veggie and some french bread or home baked bread even better.
Yum. And I am sure like with all of your other stuff---a person could add a little bit of this and that and have it turn out great! Another must try. Thanks Joe!
