1/4-Cup diced onion or more if you like Salt and Pepper 1-8 ounce tomato sauce 1-TBsp frenchs yellow mustard Some diced green bell pepper if you like Brown the hamburg and onions with salt and pepper to taste Add the tomato sauce and mustard and stir both into meat. (Also add any other seasoning of your choice) Let it all simmer until the tomato sauce has cooked down to a point of not much liquid left, if you use the bell peppers do it last just before the mixture is ready to eat. Warm hamburger buns to your liking and spread the mixture on them and enjoy Just the way I warm the buns is open them, butter them and put the halves back together, if you like butter the top and put a bit of salt on the top(which is no good for most people) wrap in foil and bake for about 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Tks OM did go back and make a couple of changes
Joe, What's the picture of as I can't make it out on my cheap puter.
Skeeter, That was the Kinzua Railroad Bridge in Nortwest Pa that was build in the 1800's I have some better pictures I will post later also next time I will post some web sites if you would like to look at for some of the history, I grew up not far from it and been on it a number of times .
Thanks for the info. I thought it to be what it is but I didn't know where, as I've never been there. I used to work on the Milwaukee Road RR tracks in four states as a welder and grinder. Started out on the chain gang as we called it, or a Gandy dancer as some called it.

Joe, I looked at all the sites and now know the history. Very interesting for me. Thanks. By the way I had pineapple drop cookies last night, only ate 7 of them, but boy were they good. Going for my walk now and maybe take some along for energy. Skeeter.
