Chocolate No Bake Cookies

2-Cups sugar

1/2-Cup milk

1-Stick margarine

4-TBsp cocoa

1-Tsp vanilla

1/2-Cup peanut butter

2-Cups oats

Put sugar, milk, butter, cocoa and vanilla in a sauce pan and bring to a boil and cook about 4 1/2 minutes. (need to stir often)

Remove from the stove and add peanut butter and oatmeal. Stir together well and drop by spoon full onto wax paper. Let them set up and enjoy.

Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. It was very good and I was surprised at how well the chocolate mixture set up at the end! I will be making this again and will probably add a few other ingredients to the mix.
