1/2-Cup vegetable oil 2-Large eggs 1-Cup shredded carrots 1/4-Teaspoon salt 1-Tsp cinnamon 1-Tsp baking soda 1-Tsp baking powder 1-Tsp Vanilla 1 1/2-Cup flour 1/2-Cup diced walnuts or pecans Optional-add some crushed pineapple or pineapple tidbits Mix oil, sugar, and eggs Add the other ingredients Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a bread pan Let cool a few minutes then removed from the pan Optional add your favorite topping once cooled, ie cream cheese topping etc. Comments Showing most recent comments first [Show in chronological order instead] |
