1-Medium sized onion 1-Green bell pepper. Cut in half length wise and cleaned of seeds 1-TBsp worcestershire sauce 1-Tsp hot sauce ( Optional ) 2-Beef bouilon cubes In a deep large skillet or large sauce pan Put in a bit of cooking oil Trim all the fat from the steak and cut into 1/8 strips Slice the onion into slices and then cut into quarters, break apart and add to skillet. Once the onion has cooked a bit, add the steak strips and brown. Pepper the steak and onion to taste Add enough water to cover the steak and onion. Add the hot sauce, worcestershire sauce and any other seasoning you would like. Cover with a lid and let simmer until steak is tender. In a cup mix enough corn starch and water to thicken the water into a medium gravy. Then add the sliced strips of bell pepper and let them cook a bit. Serve by its self, or over rice, noodles or mashed tators. Warm slices of french bread goes very well with it. Optional. you can also stir in a package of McCormick brown gravy while in the simmer stage to add more flavor to the pepper steak.
