Stuffed Pork Chops***My way of doing it

Posted Thursday, January 8, 2009, at 2:14 PM

(Photo)
1-Box 12 ounce seasoned stuffing mix

1-Package pork chops. (Boneless pork loins)

Make the stuffing the way you like or use the one I posted for the stuffing balls

Once the stuffing is made, layer in the bottom of a baking dish with the stuffing

Trim all the fat from the pork loins and add them to the layer of stuffing.

Cover the pork loins with more stuffing. leaving a bit of space between the pork loins

Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, baking time may need to be adjusted based on the size of dish you use and how many pork loins.

Serve with whatever you would like to go with them

Thanks OM and SL

That is Cody before I really got him to keep, he had came over for a visit and I just had to have a picture. He was about a month old then.

SL I use the thin cut pork loins that come 6 to 8 a package and they are kinda oval shaped. I know Pauls has them and sometimes the Base. I have always called them pork chops but the package is marked thin cut pork loins. Hope that helps ya

Joe, is that Cody? How cute. Recipe sounds good. Is it for those cylinder-shaped pieces of pork (two per pack) or actual pork chops?
