1/2 Cup brown sugar

1 Tsp baking soda

1 Large egg

2 TBsp milk

1 Tsp vanilla

1 3/4 flour

1/2 Tsp salt

A bag of hershey kisses with or without almonds

Cream together shortening, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar

Add the egg, milk and vanilla and mix in to above

Add the dry ingredients gradually and mix thoroughly

Shape by rounded teaspoon into balls and roll in the sugar

Place on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes

Remove from the oven and place a hershey kiss on top pressing down so that the cookie cracks around the edge

Return to the oven and bake for another 2 to 5 minutes

No workingbee only Cody is mine the others belong to my daugther. It was very easy to tell them all apart, Cloudy and lucky no long part of the family. Sad but Cloudy died but she has another one now that is a mix of what we think is a Lab and great Dane that was recused up on the hill, I guess lost or left behind as a pup

Eagle, great picture! What a gang. I hope both you and Cody are doing well. Thanks for sharing so much of yourself with us. Keep up the good work Eagle. Mike did a good "blog" today that you may want to look at. Merry Christmas Eagle!
