Layer Berry ShortcakePosted Monday, November 24, 2008, at 2:11 PM
1 Box vanilla pudding mix
1 Box chocolate pudding mix 1 to 2 loaves pound cake 2 to 3 cups strawberries 2 to 3 cups raspberries In a 9 x 13 dish slice the pound cake and put in a layer to cover the bottom Add the diced strawberries Spread the vanilla pudding on top Add another layer of sliced pound cake Add the raspberries Spread the chocolate pudding on top Note: You can use any berries of your choice even frozen (thawed and drained). Also any 2 choices of pudding. Keep in the fridge. You can top with whipping cream or cool whip when served. How much pound cake you will need depends on how you slice it, I have always needed at least a loaf and a half. Not a recipe for the weight watchers LOL, but sure is good.
