Praise deserved

However when I find a company that goes to the mat more over two, I need to give praise for a job well done.

Thing was Monday afternoon with things going towing and all cell phone quit. But after a call to A.T. & T. I was back up but of course I was in a bit of crisis mode since tow list I soon will be on. So I went to Rural Telephone Company here in Glenns Ferry and the entire crew broke their cans trying to help me. Because they deal with another cell carrier they were unable to get me a new phone but bet your next tank of diesel come next month guess who will be my new cell carrier.

Saturday night at 20:35 hours Internet went down for about an hour. But called up RTC anyway but got the usual recording.

But come Sunday morning a tech called and guess what Internet fixed and flying at warp speed.

In these days of impersonal don't care companies we all have to deal with its good to know there are a few that really care and go the next mile for someone.

My hat is off to RTC of Glenns Ferry.

CSI Miami is on so gotta go.
