I'm sure someone is going to make a fuss but what the heck

I'm sure someone is going to make a fuss over this but who cares.

Among the few albeit a few things going in the right direction that I saw living in Pocatello was the flying of the POW/MIA Flags at public buildings like Post Offices, County, City hall and such buildings yet I see very littl of that in this area.

There was a decree of such that was done by Butch Otter that allowed this, so why don't we see more of it? Especially an area that has a lot of its economy tied to a military base.

By the way Bazookaman

Thanks for the coffee, it was a good visit.

Good point, Ben.

You're right, just like watching a train wreck. It actually is kinda fun to see his replies with absolutely no merit whatsoever.

Mr Mister:

I wish it were true, but in Pocatello, when people started calling bull on his boasts, he disabled comments on his blogs, then kept on spouting sewage day after day. Fortunately he can't turn off comments here. I think possibly the MHN might like the controversy he brings, as the comments to his posts are higher than most other blogs here. It's the spectacle of the whole thing, like watching a train wreck, you want to look away but you just can't do it.

Start with your "ayre wolfs den" or sheep pen or whatever you call it- BUY one and put it up. THEN start talking about the ones you dont see...

AyreWolf I was not going to jump in here but I have no choice. If you drive up and down American Legion Blvd. here in Mountain Home you will notice the POW/MIA flags flying, Veterans were in the stores and other businesses today and tomorrow morning there is the yearly Veterans Day Memorial Service at the cemetary. Mountain Home is porud of it's Veterans and Active Duty military members and their families.

I hope tomorrow is a good turnout for both US and POW/MIA and thank you all veterans and active duty.....esp. my precious husband and son-in-law.......Tomorrow is your day.... I might even cook.....

I know I hope to see many flags, both US and POW/MIA tomorrow. Take a drive down American Legion and there is one on almost every pole.

State Buildings in Boise fly it.... they usually have two poles available...one for our American Flag and one for the State of Idaho and the POW/MIA Flag....

Maybe it is cost of replacement of three flags versus 1 or 2.... maybe it is cost of having two available poles..maybe because it is optional........

Good question
