North of Idaho Falls Idaho along I-15 is a small town called Roberts, about the same size as Tuttle Idaho.

Over yonder there , there is a Cajun eating place that brought our Southern culture north.

Called BJ's Cafe, the place serves real Southern grub with a bar/lounge called the VooDoo Lounge. Where real Dixie beers are served and southern jazz plays live most weekends.

Roberts has I think at last count maybe 300 or so people, heck I could be wrong on population numbers, but BJ's is open 4 days of the week and is purtty much reservation. If they could do that there why not near here?

Down yonder across the bridge from Hazzard County along the Snake River sits an old cafe/RV park that once was a pizza place along with a small bar.

The previos owner had some tax issues, ya'll just got to love revenuers, any mile he lost the place.

Now thinking a bit why not bring Hazzard County cooking to western Idaho?

One of the honeys attached to one of our Knytes members is considering doing just that.

There is an old saying don't really know who said it first but goes if you can't go to the mountain, bring the mountain to you, or something like that.

Why no have DukesFest West? , Hazzard County Nationals and of course Boss Hoggs Cafe? Or something to the effect.

While change is a difficult horse pill to swallow sometimes and while some are not into our Hazzard culture there are many who are. For those this blog is for you.

Enjoy
