Last week, stand up comedy lost a legend. George Carlin passed away at age 71 to heart failure. A noted piece of Carlin's material is now the infamous "7 words you cant say on Television" Carlin was not ashamed to say what was on his mind and he didn't care who he offended, especially religion. Sure the Oscars are considered the Big Show, but I think to most people the MTV Movie Awards, really acknowledge the films that we as a public spend our $9 ticket, $5 popcorn, and $3 soda on.
