Time To Switch To Plan "B"

Posted Friday, November 21, 2008, at 5:57 PM

Enough on Obama..........he's in......we're screwed.....that's IT!!.............for awhile anyway.

I have more important things to do than continue these frivilous debates. Things are going to take a very serious turn before very long, and it's important to my family, my friends and myself, that I not lose focus on what "could never happen here."

I have allowed myself to become too far engaged in trivial crap, and I want to publicly apologize to all of you out there, for doing that.

Jacknife.....Ex-Intern, and a couple of others out there....I concede any and all debates. You guys are totally correct. Go lecture at Berkeley or argue with each other.

I know what's coming and am not wasting anymore time with this political banter. I no longer care about "making a point' or winning any political arguments. There's too much at stake.

If I continue this blog, I'll just write articles about Springer Spaniels, radial tires or something.

It's finally happened. Talkin's over. It's just a matter of where to shop. At gun stores for ammo...........or Home Depot for kneepads...........and remember when and from who you heard that.

You win guys! See how easy that was?

Stay tuned for future blogs...........NON-political!

I agree. Peace the libs off and tell them to frag themselves. Your viewpoints are most welcome.

Oh, Mike...freedom of speech is for everybody, not just for you. Please don't get angry with all of us who disagree with you sometimes.

I laid low for four days, kept my thoughts to myself, or at least off your blog. You specifically called me out to answer the allegations you were peddling, and I in part did. I actually could've gone on longer.

No one is forcing you to accept the strong evidence the president-elect was born in Hawaii on its face. You are free to support a lawsuit that, if successful is unlikely to prove he's foreign-born and will much more likely tack a six-month to year-long period to the end of every future election where losing extremists - as if there are any other kind - force the winners to answer to any allegations that could derail their administrations. Because THAT will lead to effective government, yeah, right.

As far as his school enrollment - does our definition of parental custodial rights now include the right to change your child's citizenship? Obama was born in the U.S. and was back in the U.S. when he turned 18, at which time he was no longer a minor and could assert citizenship. The methodology you're using to determine citizenship allows individuals to be subjected to the whims of their parents and deprives them of liberty.

I'm not assuming, however, that Indonesian schools require a change in a child's citizenship to attend. No one has given me any reason to assume that, and the NRA's magazine, WorldNetDaily, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, National Review, Weekly Standard, Michael Savage, Joe Scarborough, Bill O'Reilly, are all perfectly capable of contacting whichever municipal Indonesian school system he attended and settling that question. But instead the claim is all conjecture and internet rumor, debunked but what solid evidence is now available indicates he's U.S.-born.

So you're free to have your opinions and you're even free to call me out by handle, yeah, but I'm free to reply with thoughts like these. And if you can't refute them I guess you're free to swear off commenting on politics at all.

I'm not angry at all, just frustrated at times..................AND.............it IS time to get "sighted-in" as they say.

Oh, I'll still write blogs and try to keep them interesting. But I think I've said enough politically, and at this particular point in time, it doesn't matter if anyone agrees with me or not. If only a few have gotten anything out of it, it's been worth it, and will definitely pay off later.

Well, it's been a long night, I just got through playing for our usual Friday night barn dance. Time to grab some shuteye.

Haven't decided what to writ about next, but I will..............later y'all!

You've got "all the answers, Ex-Intern, but you really don't see what's about to happen, do you?

You're in good company though, because most DON'T.

I'm not trying to bring you down. I was trying to show you that there are other ways of dissent then the old ways that usually turn back on society and bite them in the arse.

Ha-ha...........you haven't seen ANYTHING yet, Jack. Wait'll this "train" gets up a full head of steam next year, and you guys actually get to see some of this "change," as they gradually turn your "society" from citizens to subjects.

Oh....I don't take ANY of this personally. But it HAS become an exercise in futility. I've just had enough of the traffic jam and have taken an off-ramp to find a better piece of highway.
