And justice for who?

They should change the name of the Supreme Court to the "EXTREME Court."
While they did the right thing overturning the unconstitutional D.C. gun ban, they didn't do it unanimously, in a blatant display of liberal agenda up there. Some people in this world make a lifetime out of trying to complicate things to fit their own beliefs, but the 2nd Amendment, like every OTHER amendment, is abundantly clear.
The job of the U.S. Supreme Court is to interpret the Constitution....not re-legislate it from the bench. What part of "Shall Not Be Infringed" didn't 4 of those idiots understand? And NOWHERE in the 2nd Amendment does it say or even infer to: "with the exception of"..............doesn't say that ANYWHERE!
But 5 of the 9 CLEARLY need to be removed, after that appalling decision concerning child rapists. These 20, 30, 40 and even 50 year old degenerates rape little 7 year olds, and 5 of those black-robed embeciles don't think they should get the death penalty for it.
I have 2 beautiful little grand daughters, and if some pervert ever beat up and raped either one of them.........(or my wife or daughter for that matter), he'd never make it to court. Guarantee it.
Need I mention which political side of the aisle those 5 judges reside? This decision was literally an "open contract" on our children and grand children.
This decision just yesterday, is one of the most typical reasons for the metal detectors that now adorn just about every courthouse in the land................"and justice for WHO?"
Our government blows enough of our tax dollars for worthless enterprises, without supporting perversion along with it. Some filthy degenerate sodomizes a little girl down the street, and we pay for his upkeep, his meals, his medical needs for the next several years, then we release him back into society after his "rehabilitation", more often than not, just to have to lock him up again, after he's raped some more, engaged in internet child porn...or both.
The libs tell us we have to be more underSTANDING, because this poor creature has PROBlems. Meanwhile, that little 7 or 8 year old is physically and emotionally damaged for life, while the PERVERT enjoys more rights than his victims............but still, we need to be comPASSIONATE, don't you see that? Can't you find pity in your heart for his plight?.....And lethel injection would be SO cruel.....
"Expensive too".........the cost of a lethal injection execution can run upwards of $100,000, including on-hand specialists, and that doesn't include the years of appeals at taxpayer expense.
"Expensive?".....Really??............Wouldn't be, if the old Bazookaman was in charge of the penal system. I shoot 2 to 3 times a month, and the last time I checked, 357 Magnum cartridges are running about 55 cents each.
Vigilante? Radical? Absurd? Look across your dinner table tonight. If it were YOUR child or grandchild, how much compassion would YOU have for these fiends?
Keep in mind also, that the next president will most likely appoint new judges to replace dead or retiring ones. One more thing to think about before you cast your ballots in November. Whatever kind of judge(s) our next president nominates and Congress confirms...WE'RE gonna have to deal with it...............think before you vote. You can't change your mind the day after.
I'd like to know where you folks out there stand on this. I'd really be curious to know what sort of people we have living HERE. Comments Showing most recent comments first [Show in chronological order instead] |

I agree get rid of all the bleeding heart libs and their "lets feels sorry for everyone" attitude.
MissyLynn...........you've got it together, lady...........you have got it together.
My wife and I just got back this afternoon from a weeklong trip out to the Oregon coast. We took our 7 year old grand daughter with us, so she could see the ocean, and the giant redwoods in Northern California.
Like most kids her age, it takes very little to put a genuine happy smile on her face, and she is a great source of joy for us. (Like the bumper sticker says, "If we knew grandkids would be so much fun, we'd have had THEM first!")
Knowing there are degenerates living among us sickens me as well, and I reached a point many years ago, to where my "B.S. tolerance level" is nowhere close to what it use to be.
As a young Marine, I spent over a year putting bullets through North Vietnamese Regulars......for no reason or cause.
Today I'd have no hesitation at all dusting any molester even THINKING about putting a move on our grand daughter.........and at 60, I don't fear the "law" anymore.
You can't "rehabilitate" a pervert, and our tax dollars should NOT be used to subsidize their yearly upkeep.
I say get rid of them, and the "bleeding hearts" along with them.
Bazooka:
Man this is a topic that hits too close to home for me.
I am truly floored at the way our system works. I am so happy that there is a sex offender site that list all the sicko's that live in my neighborhood. And the level system for this site is for informational purposes please allow me to explain: There are 4 levels of sex offenders ok 4,
level 1: is a low risk offender, that means the likelihood of re-offending is low.
Level 2: a moderate risk offender, that means the possibility of re-offending is there.
Level 3: a high risk offender, that means re-offending is not only possible but has more than likely happened.
And my personal favorite Level 4: Sexually violent preditors, I don't think I need to even explain that any further!!!! So the information the sex offender registry gives me is I have sick's in my neighborhood and they are going to hurt my child, have a nice day.
Are we aware that it is seriously illegal to harass these people? Can you freakin believe that, they can molest my daughter but I can't try to harass them into moving out of my neighborhood.
I believe they have 3 levels too many on their list of sexual preditors. You get one try to be rehibilitated, that is the Christian thing to do of course, if you end up back in a court for re-offending you get a bullet to the head. See how easy that is?
I have no compassion, pity, or anything else for these dirt bags, I think they have it easy if you want my opinion. I have been told, on another site, that child molesters, rapist, and pedophiles don't have it easy in prison. They are beaten on a daily basis, and sodomized. I replied that I lack the compassion to care. For that I may end up in a firey pit and I'm ok with that, I am not GOD nor JESUS I am HUMAN.
I am curious, does anyone know how many times a person has to kidnap, molest, rape, or kill a child before they stay behind bars? We have no clue because to my knowledge it doesn't happen. I for one am tired of supporting the wastes of life, and personally don't really care if mommy and daddy didn't hug them enough there is not good reason for their actions.
Sorry I know this is long, but as GOD as my witness I will figure out how to change the laws for these sick sick people.
And by the way if someone were to ever do anything like that to my child I can not promise they would make it to a trial. I do not have enough faith in our justice system for that. I definitely sided with Ellie Nessler.
I tend to tell it as I see it. I don't intend to vote for McCain, and I WILL NOT vote for Osama-yo'mama- Obama. I'm still hoping a good Independent comes forward, and there are 2 emerging right now. And you're certainly correct on those "lasting effects, IdahoBorn.
Pitiful situation in this country. Darkest days in our history lie ahead if something doesn't break pretty soon.
I think that you are a little more passionate and vocal than me about these things, but I agree with your postitions. That is why I feel that a conservative should be voting for McCain. I believe that his nominees to the Supreme Court would be much better than those of Obama and we know the lasting affects (good or bad) of Supreme Court decisions.
