Going to war without Congressional declaration is a direct violation of Article I, Section 8.

The McCain-Feingold Act is a direct violation of the 1st Amendment, as is the "Fairness Act" supported by McCain, Obama and Clinton.

Trying to disarm honest citizens is a direct violation of the 2nd Amendment (Clinton, Obama and to a fair degree, John McCain).

Taxation without apportionment is illegal, and the 16th Amendment does NOT have the required "enabling clause" necessary for Congress to withold ANYTHING. Further......taxes, duties, imposts and excises shall be used for the common defense and welfare of the UNITED STATES, (also in Article I, Section 8)...........i.e. That money is to used for US.............which is a double-whammy because not only is the current tax system illegal, the IRS sends every dime of it to bankers, both foreign and domestic. Our "IRS tax dollars" aren't used for us at all, and illegal to boot, but we as a whole, seem to be content to continue paying it.

Government break-ins, into private housing without reasonable cause, unlawful seizures without warrants {Katrina was an excellent example), is a direct violation of the 9th Amendment, yet the President, and most of the Congress and most Presideential candidates stood by and said nothing).

I could go on, but my blogs tend to get lengthy enough as it is, but please allow me to share this with you............

Last night I watched the most gripping and enraging DVD I had ever seen. It boiled my blood and bristled what little hair I have left. This video is called "America, from freedom to fascism," and the most frightening thing about it, is that it's true. This video should be required viewing for every household in this country. It's available through "freedomtofascism.com', and I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend it.

If you care enough about the country our elected officials are giving away, (and you obviously DO if you read my blogs on a regular basis), get out to the polls Tuesday and vote for Ron Paul, the only candidate who has NOT violated his own oath.

McCain hasn't got this wrapped up yet, as the media wants you to believe, through their tremendous efforts to bury him from view. I've been a part of this grassroots movement almost from its begining, and this is the best vote you could EVER make for the good of this country.

No vote is ever "wasted" except when you DON'T....or when you vote because you think you have no other choice, or your candidate (who really IS the best one for the job) doesn't have a chance.

Worst case scenario.......the weak-kneed Republicans back east might give our "closet Democrat enough delegates to give him the nomination anyway, but it would speak well of Idaho and a lot of other states, to show the country that WE at least, have our heads on straight.

We need America back, and OUT FROM UNDER the tyranny in Washington D.C.

In our "War on Terrorism,"....WASHINGTON D.C. is where we need to start!

Ron Paul..........because we DO have a real choice this time.

Our founding fathers knew what they were doing, which is why we HAVE our Constitution, and everytime we sidestep it, we get further into trouble...............Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate out their who follows it to the letter, in everything he says, everything he's done and every VOTE he's made.

RON PAUL...........Might be the last chance we ever get, outside of an all-out revolt, which would suit ME, but it WOULD be better if it didn't have to come to that, don't ya' think?
